So I have been putting extra effort into my music so I can get my hairy Australian arse on a stage and actually play in front of people. It is a life long dream for as long as I can remember, and it shall soon be realised. I am 31 and not getting any younger – the energy I have to burn on stage, smacking my drum-kit as hard as physically possible – won’t stay with me forever. Physical fitness is most certainly required!

So… if you can be bothered checking out our tunes, many thanks! If you like the heavy side of music, I hope you enjoy and tell me where we are going wrong.

Even those who don’t like heavy music – the demo is without vocals – just the instruments šŸ™‚

One of the many images I transformed using high contrast black and white for the demo booklet – making the South Aussie forests look like something else entirely..

  1. Listening to it right now, some very cool stuff. Though I grew up on prog bands, more recently I’ve crowned to prefer hardcore-influenced stuff. Particularly enjoyed your drumming during the breakdown during Meteor and the guitar work too is also superb. Makes me wish I had learned an instrument…

What kind of vocals are you looking for? Harsher grindcore-guuterals or thrashy growls?

    • Hey cheers mate! Appreciate the feedback.

Meteor is my favourite, but also the hardest to play. I also like fuck the noise cos I wrote it šŸ˜€

And yeah I grew up on way different stuff too man, some prog stuff like dream theater but mostly thrash, Anthrax and the like. As you can here though, there ain’t much thrash to be found here! Some songs go from black metal riffs to riffs that sound straight from a Melvins track šŸ˜€

As for vox, it’ll be up to my bandmate, but we’ll be going for a mix of harsh BM vox a la darkthrone, hardcore yells and a bit of guttural and other noises here and there. We both love Patton and can both make some truly inhuman sounding noises, so it should sound interesting once finished! >:D

Heh, would be honestly interested in what you think of our other project, haha!! It makes Sunn O))) and Boris sound like easy-listening
